New read and publish agreements extend open access publishing options for thousands of researchers
ACS Publications began 2023 with the announcement of four new significant read and publish agreements with European consortia: Helmholtz and Niedersachsen in Germany, the Consortium of Swiss Academic Libraries in Switzerland, and FCT/FCCN b-on in Portugal.
