20 members of MCLS consortium join new ACS read and publish agreement

The Midwest Collaborative for Library Services (MCLS) has signed a new read and publish agreement with ACS, providing researchers and students at 20 member institutions with full reading access to ACS journals, in addition to covering APCs for publishing their articles open access in ACS journals. The agreement runs from January 2024 through December 2026.
