Universidad Veracruzana signs new read and publish agreement with ACS

Effective from January 2024 through December 2026, researchers at Universidad Veracruzana in Mexico have access to all ACS journals, and the ability to publish open access at no cost to them, through the University’s new read and publish agreement.
