JULAC consortium signs new read and publish agreement with ACS

ACS Publications are delighted to announce a new read and publish agreement with four member institutions of the Joint University Librarians Advisory Committee (JULAC) consortium of Hong Kong (namely City University of Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and The University of Hong Kong). This agreement adds to existing partnerships with the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, and Lingnan University, bringing the total number of participating JULAC institutions to seven.

Under the new agreement, faculty and students benefit from complete reading access to all ACS journals, and affiliated corresponding authors can publish their latest articles as open access at no cost to them in any of our journals through December 2028.
